Ordering and Delivery
Delivery
Australian Premium Meat will ship your order the next business day and deliver your order to your delivery address within the nominated delivery period. In most cases, this will be within 48 hours of your order. In order to purchase goods from Australian Premium Meat, the delivery address, which you nominate, must be correct. Australian Premium Meat will not be obliged to deliver goods if an incorrect address is provided. All Australian Premium Meat orders are delivered by HACCP (food safety) certified vehicles.
Delivery Charges
Order 5 cartons or more and receive FREE shipping. Offer only available to Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast customers.
For customers outside these areas, shipping will be calculated based on weight and location upon confirmation of your order.
Orders
You can place your order with Australian Premium Meat by selecting goods and confirming your order through the online system or alternatively you can fax your order through on 07 5572 7570.
Payment
Australian Premium Meat accepts Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is processed and the exact weight and price of each product is known.
Receipt of Goods
Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Australian Premium Meat to be authorised to receive the goods. We suggest that you be at the delivery address to receive your delivery, due to the perishable nature of the goods.
Non delivery of Goods
Where you believe that an item, which was ordered by you, has not been delivered and you wish to report the non-delivery, you must notify Australian Premium Meat of the non-delivery no later than 24 hours after the selected delivery window.
