Australian Premium Meat (APM) is a wholly Australian owned and managed company which supplies meat, chicken and smallgoods products to the club, hotel and restaurant industry throughout Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria and is presently in the process of extending this service to South Australia and other States.

Australian Premium Meat has been supplying supermarket chains, international hotel chains and butcher shops for over 30 years with products which have enhanced the customer service delivered by those venues. APM has achieved great success in recent years of operation by supplying what we believe to be amongst the highest quality meat and associated products that Australia has to offer and at a very reasonable price. One of the most important aspects of our company, which sets us apart from our competitors, is we encourage our customers to have direct input into the product that suits the individual's needs.

The company presently supplies on a national level, which gives it a huge advantage over many of its competitors. Australian Premium Meat is an experienced provider of food products, with Managing Director David Rogers having a hands-on background in the hotel and restaurant industry within Queensland and Northern Territory spanning in excess of 20 years. With that experience behind him, David is aware of what is required to satisfy the end user, your customer, and attain return patronage through the quality of product supplied. With Australian Premium Meat you are able to directly interact on a personal basis either with David for orders and general information, or his Office Manager regarding accounts and other clerical matters. With a complete understanding of the requirements of chefs and managers, David's expertise in choosing the product for your particular venue is an invaluable asset.
